Let's be honest... When was the last time, if ever, that you checked your dryer vent?

Believe it of not, years of extremely flammable dryer lint build-up combined with 130 degree, poorly ventilated air can spell a destroyed dryer and a possible fire threat to your home.

According to the U.S. Fire Administration, 2,900 dryer fires are reported annually. Of those reported incidences, 34% are related to failure to clean the dryer and poor ventilation.

It is recommended that each home should have their dryers cleaned 2 to 4 times a year to maintain dryer efficiency and safe operation.

The good news is that for many people they have not had their fireplaces examined or cleaned either. We would be happy to kill two birds with one stone. Our inspections are free with any paid service.
